| Next Tuesday, starting at 8 pm | The Molino del Amor will host, next Tuesday at 8 pm, the presentation of the publications of the 18th and 19th Seminar on Folklore and ethnography and the sound project 'Coplas de molino'The seminars were organized within the International Festival of Folklore in the Mediterranean and brought together professionals and fans of Murcian folklore, heritage and traditions, making known the cultural and traditional legacy of the Region and creating a documentary archive.Subsequently, the sound project 'Coplas de molino' will be presented by 'El Pantorrillas' from La Albatalia and in collaboration with the musician Tomás García, a musical project related to the milling verses, the Molino del Amor, its irrigation channels and the territory Huertano of La Albatalía.'El Pantorrillas' descends from an aurora and cantaora lineage documented since 1831 with Pedro Abellán Moñino 'Perete Pantorrillas', Big Brother of the old and extinct Auroros Bell of La Albatalía.
Now Miguel continues with his heritage immersed in the dance, music and singing of traditional Huerta genres from the Caldo de Pésoles Folklore School, resident in the hamlet of La Albatalía.Accompanied on guitar by Tomás García, he makes a tour of these genres, such as malagueña, jota and parranda, in their different varieties, interpreting them with collected and newly created couplets on themes related to the Huerta district located on the left bank of the River Safe as it passes through the city and specifically the mills that adorn the entire route of the La Ñora road to the famous wheel.
