| The objective of this service is to remove dirt, debris and weeds so that the land is in optimal condition, guaranteeing the safety and health of the neighbors of the area | The Governing Board has given its approval to the award of the cleaning and fencing service for parcels and plots of municipal ownership that will allow to conserve and maintain the land with the proper conditions of safety, health and accessibility.Thanks to this service, around a hundred plots in Murcia and districts can be conditioned.The objective of this service is to remove dirt, debris and weeds so that the land is in optimal condition, guaranteeing the safety and health of the residents of the area.The works focus on the fencing of the plots, the renovation of those that are in poor condition, general cleaning tasks, such as the removal of vegetation, brush, garbage and debris, as well as other elements that may exist and generate dirt.In the case of materials deposited on the sites, the company is responsible for their destruction or custody of them until they are delivered to the owner.This contract has a maximum ceiling and the budget amounts to an amount of 300,000 euros to be distributed between two annuities, extendable to two moreThe Heritage Service will prioritize the cleaning and fencing of municipal plots that are closer to nuclei of homes and infrastructures of special sensitivity.It must be remembered that last summer the Department of Culture and Heritage carried out these in a total of 14 lots of districts: Santiago el Mayor (4), Santiago and Zaraiche (3), El Palmar (2), Cobatillas (3), Beniaján (1) and Gea and Truyols (1).
