Alquerías has a new playground with an accessible play area that encourages integration in the renovated Los Rosales garden (05/10/2020)

| The project includes the renovation of the pavement, urban furniture and children's games, which are adapted for children with disabilities | The Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén, visited the hamlet of Alquerías this morning, where the Jardin de Los Rosales playground was renovated, for an amount of more than 50,000 euros."From the Murcia City Council we are committed to the creation and conservation of green areas throughout the municipality.

It is essential that our neighbors can enjoy outdoor spaces, leisure and rest areas, equipped with shadows and in perfect condition.

These spaces on many occasions they become meeting points and meeting points for neighbors ", José Guillén highlighted.In this way, the children's area has been renovated, structured in three types of flooring, rubber, concrete floor with traditional games and picnic area. It also has adapted and traditional games such as a Twister board, tic-tac-toe and an area with bio-healthy geronto-gymnastics.The new pavement will guarantee the safety of the neighbors and in particular, of the little ones.
