| The streamlining of the management of these projects will allow an economic injection of almost 5 million euros in the municipality, of which 3,120,000 euros will be allocated to improve services in districts | The Governing Board has given instructions to reactivate and prioritize the processing of 17 projects in neighborhoods and districts, which will involve an economic injection of almost 5 million euros in the municipality.In this way, two of the points of the Economic and Social Reactivation Plan, created to alleviate the effects generated by the pandemic in the municipality, are fulfilled.

Thus, with this action, the City Council's bidding procedures are streamlined and urban development projects are promoted in all neighborhoods and districts of the municipality.In addition, it responds to the demands and needs of the residents of the municipality and improves the services and infrastructures of up to 13 districts, such as Barrio del Progreso, Casillas, El Raal, La Albatalía, Los Dolores, Llano de Brujas, Nonduermas, El Esparragal, Barriomar, Corvera, Sangonera la Seca, Sangonera la Verde and Zeneta, and three neighborhoods: Santa Eulalia, El Carmen (two projects) and El Ranero.These actions will involve the renovation and improvement of sports, cultural and urban infrastructures.Thus, the museumization of the Santa Eulalia wall, the Llano de Brujas municipal center, the Los Dolores municipal center and the room for the Casillas nativity scene stand out for the tender amount.The 17 projects that will be processed as a priority and that have been addressed today in the Governing Board are the following:Sidewalk paving project in the Barrio del Progreso (61,790.83 euros)Basic project and execution of a living room for a nativity scene in Casillas (365,975 euros)Project to adapt the existing building as a 24-hour study room in El Raal (219,649 euros)Construction project for a bridge over the Aljufia canal in La Albatalía (90,110.85 euros)Basic project and execution of a municipal center in Los Dolores (422,272 euros)Basic project and execution of a municipal center in Llano de Brujas (834,256 euros)Basic and execution project for the expansion of the municipal center in Nonduermas (211,738 euros)Basic project and implementation of the expansion of changing rooms in the soccer field of El Esparragal, Murcia (102,244.99 euros)Sidewalk and road paving project in Barriomar (228,113.50 euros)Changing rooms and improvements in the Corvera football field (198,440.01 euros)Changing rooms and improvements in the Sangonera La Seca soccer field (225,060 euros)Tennis, paddle and skate court in Zeneta (94,380 euros)Musealization of Santa Eulalia (1,109,646.23 euros)Adaptation of the surroundings of Plaza Camachos (190,601.51 euros)Improvement and specialization Plaza Mariano Ballester (148,830 euros)Road repair project in the municipal forest park of Majal Blanco (69,652.84 euros)Implementation project for the installation of anti-noise screens for the West Round in the El Ranero neighborhood (154,917.43 euros)All these projects have been carried out by the Urbamusa entity and affect different municipal plans such as the Investment Plan in Pedanías, the Urban DNA of El Carmen or the Murcia Medieval strategic project.
