Painting in classroom and B-14 warehouse and occasionally in deteriorated areas and specific repairs of masonry, plumbing and carpentry, with replacement of deteriorated elements.
Amount: 47,445.70 euros.-CPEI Bas Isabel Bellvis, from Corvera.
Action: Elimination of rainwater leaks that are produced by the roofs of the building and repair of existing humidity inside due to these leaks, sealing of joints between the windowsill and the carpentry of some windows and repair of existing humidity in some interior baseboards when water seeps through them.
Amount: 28,720.56 euros.-CEIP Carolina Codorniu, from Churra.

Importe: 48.389,04 euros.Unos trabajos enmarcados en el Plan de Obras en Centros EducativosEstas actuaciones se enmarcan dentro del Plan de Obras en Centros Educativos que el Ayuntamiento lleva a cabo todos los años durante el verano con el fin de mantener y conservar las instalaciones educativas.A los trabajos realizados por la Concejalía de Educación se suman también los llevados a cabo por los departamentos de Pedanías y Barrios, a través de las Juntas Municipales, así como Deportes y Salud, que se encarga de la mejora de las instalaciones deportivas.Servicio de limpiezaAdemás del mantenimiento y conservación de las instalaciones, la Concejalía de Educación es la responsable de la limpieza de los 116 centros educativos públicos del municipio de Murcia con un importe anual de más de 5,6 millones de euros.Los trabajos son diarios, de lunes a viernes, pero, además, se incluyen acciones de higienización adicionales durante los periodos vacacionales, como Navidad, Semana Santa y verano.“Al margen de las labores diarias, hemos reforzado este servicio poniendo a disposición de los colegios dos horas más adicionales al día durante horario lectivo para los trabajos especiales con motivo del Covid-19, lo que supondría un total de 232 horas de entre todos los centros destinadas”, ha destacado Belén López.Este refuerzo adicional de limpieza y desinfección, que es organizado distribuido a lo largo de la jornada por los propios centros, está destinado especialmente para aquellas superficies más vulnerables o de mayor contacto diario, como pomos de las puertas, barandillas, sillas, interruptores de la luz, papeleras, armarios, mesas, mostradores, equipos informáticos, piezas de aseo, las tres limpiezas diarias en aseos, etc.
