Finally, Isectec Servicios Integrales SL is the one that has obtained the highest score in the assessment of the award criteria .Environment Molino del AmorLikewise, the Contracting Board has analyzed the reckless dismissals of the three admitted bidding companies, out of a total of 18, for the award of the project for the execution of a plaza and an agrobiodiversity center in the area of ??Molino del Amor, in La Albatalía .After studying the reports of recklessness presented, the Contracting Board has submitted a proposal for the exclusion of these three offers, finally requiring documentation from the company Lirola Ingeniería y Obras SL, as it was the offer that has obtained the highest score in the application of the criteria award.This project, designed by the technicians for the recovery of an emblematic environment of the Huerta, proposes the creation of two independent spaces, but that are related.

On the one hand, a public, landscaped and accessible square will be built, which will have urban facilities.

It will link with the end of the Paseo del Malecón route and will serve as the main access to the Mill.On the other hand, the agrobiodiversity center will be built, which will be made up of research gardens.

Both spaces will be linked by a bridge-walkway that will be built to cross the Zaraíche canal, which opens to the air in the section that crosses the plot.# MurciaMiCiudadEnseñaLikewise, the Contracting Committee has opened the documentation relating to the file of the cultural heritage activities service within the framework of the # MurciaMiCiudadEnseña program, through two lots.

The first one, for an initial amount of 23,052 euros, to which a bidder has applied; and the second, which amounts to € 39,784, and an offer submitted.
