The PSOE votes again against the ORA since "the PP does not wield any argument that justifies an impeccable municipalization" (21/09/2020)

| The Socialist councilors demand political responsibilities "for a terrible management in the file", which must be restarted, at the just as they propose that Urbamusa's powers be assumed by Fomento | The Municipal Socialist Group has participated this morning in the Plenary Commission of Infrastructure, Finance, Economic Management and General Affairs where the municipalization of the ORA has been discussed again and where the PSOE has again voted against, since "the PP he has not presented any new report or made any new argument to justify that the process has been flawless, "according to the assistant councilors, José Antonio Serrano, Carmen Fructuoso, Juan Vicente Larrosa and Andrés Guerrero. The Socialist councilors insist that as almost a year ago, when the ORA service was awarded to Urbamusa, "the procedure did not convince us, we continue with the same doubts because the PP has not been able to contribute anything to support it." Likewise, they are emphatic about the municipalization or remunicipalisation of services: "we will always support them when they come reasoned and based on reports and studies that guarantee their quality over time so that no one can have a single doubt that the intention is to prepare a business and then put it out to tender.

" The councilors also point out that "many months have passed and the PP persists in its only argument, which is that the file is correct, but we believe that we are facing a wrong procedure from the beginning." They also point out that "the responsibility is not of the technicians, but of politics and we have stated this in the meeting. "The PP continues without giving its arm to twist, but it is a matter of pride and vanity, which blinds them to the point of perpetuating this situation, when the logical thing is to restart the file with all the reports and guarantees." They even propose that the competences of Urbamusa cease to be the responsibility of the councilor Rebeca Pérez to be assumed by Fomento "and it is not a whim, it is that given the tasks entrusted to Urbamusa they fit more in this Department, as it always has been, you just have to look at the distribution of powers in the previous term ".
