Thanks to this agreement, the complete collection of the Murcia Region Yearbook and the bullfighting cultural magazine 'La Prensa en 7 Tardes' will be digitized and published, and exhibitions of the works of art that are part of the foundation's private collection will be held.The Governing Board has approved the collaboration agreement between the Murcia City Council and the Murcia Region Press Association Foundation in order to promote and develop activities and different initiatives as well as to protect the tangible and intangible heritage of Murcia.In this way, cultural promotion activities will be carried out jointly, highlighting the cultural heritage of the association and the protection of the heritage of the municipality.Thanks to this agreement, the complete collection of the Murcia Region Yearbook and the bullfighting cultural magazine 'La Prensa en 7 Tardes' will be digitized and published.Likewise, temporary exhibitions of the works of art that are part of the private collection of the Fundación Asociación de la Prensa de la Región de Murcia will be held.Another of the agreements included in the agreement is that the Romea theater is established as the permanent venue for the award ceremony of the 'Laureles de Murcia' awards.Both entities will participate in the editorial work of the Yearbook and the magazine 'La Prensa en 7 Tardes'.The initial validity of this agreement will extend until December 31, 2024.The Murcia Region Press Association Foundation is a centennial cultural foundation, a continuation of the work carried out in this area by the Murcia Press Association since its constitution in 1906.

Its objectives include carrying out various actions aimed at promoting culture in the Region of Murcia, bringing the world of the press closer to society and highlighting its cultural heritage.
