| The concession company will launch its new website in which it incorporates a section that allows the calculation of the routes and a prior appointment service to carry out procedures in the Citizen Information Office, among other improvements | The Councilor for Sustainable Mobility and Youth, Rebeca Pérez, accompanied by the Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, and the manager of Tranvía de Murcia, Severiano Arias, presented this morning the new Murcia Tranvía campaign that seeks to raise awareness about the need and obligation to use the mask.Thus, the trams have new vinyl in the form of a mask, thus becoming an element of dissemination and continuous information to the public, taking advantage of their continuous passage through many areas of the municipality.The roof of the interior of the tram has also been vinyl painted to simulate a sky to give greater comfort to the traveler and increase the feeling of spaciousness of the wagons.Councilor Rebeca Pérez explained that "Murcia Tranvía once again demonstrates its role as an engine of social awareness, seeking commitment to the importance of wearing a mask".For his part, Councilor Felipe Coello stressed that "at this time, all actions of this type are welcome because they all contribute to minimize the pandemic.

Specifically, the one now being developed by Tranvía de Murcia is focused on young people, who represent the majority of users of this means of transport, and which, currently, is the sector that we must raise the most awareness ".In addition, with this campaign the City Council wants to emphasize that urban public transport is safe and that all cleaning and capacity control protocols have been developed."We seek to protect and guarantee the health and safety of Murcians who can have full confidence that our urban transport is 100% safe and that they can use it with full guarantees," said Rebeca Pérez.New webAlso framed in the European Mobility Week, Tranvía de Murcia today presented its new corporate website that offers a completely renewed design, fully adapting to any device (mobile, Tablet, computer ...) and that has incorporated improvements for make the services that the Murcia Tram offers more accessible to users.These include a design adapted to all devices (PC, mobile, Tablet) and more information on the service, incorporating two transit times in queries for stops, which will facilitate user movements.It also includes a section that allows you to calculate the routes; direct access to corporate social networks from the website itself; and an appointment service to carry out procedures in the Citizen Information Office as well as the chat service to make inquiries in real time.A contact form has also been incorporated to send inquiries to the Citizen Information department and the payment of complaints through the web by credit card or PayPal is included, thus avoiding the displacement of users to the TdM offices.Likewise, access to sections such as: service information to know the status of the service at all times, and to report incidents, if any; news section; maps of stops, integrated in Google Maps, for a better visualization of the routes; consultation on types of vouchers and rates; consultation of schedules in force; and consultation of the annual Satisfaction Survey.With this action, Tranvía de Murcia aims to provide all Murcians with easy and useful access to service information."Tranvía de Murcia adds to its commitments to safe, punctual, efficient and sustainable transport, its commitment to quality information, in real time, and to facilitate the user experience of traveling by tram", Pérez concluded.
