VOX Murcia denounces the disqualification of the educational system (27/08/2020)

| The Coronavirus blow to schools certifies the failure of the autonomous system, massively violating the right to education in Spain | At VOX Murcia we are deeply concerned about the impact of the virus on going back to school.

The Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Health run into the most absolute chaos due to the lack of criteria of the central government to guarantee safety when returning to the classroom. The Sectorial Education Conference that has just been held between Minister Celaá and the regional authorities, including the head of the Ministry of the Region of Murcia, has been closed falsely, leaving in the air the fundamental right to Education, which is recognized by the Constitution and the Spanish pay with their taxes.Going back to the classroom is going to be a complete disaster as there are no well-defined criteria.

At this time, neither the Ministry nor the Autonomous Communities are capable of guaranteeing safety in schools.

From VOX it is considered that the renunciation of face-to-face training is another misdeed by a criminal government in collaboration with regional autonomies. This fact will cause and aggravate school failure for generations that are already very vulnerable due to the ideological indoctrination of a “progressive” and anti-Spanish tinge that they have been suffering in the classrooms.

In this beginning of the course, VOX Murcia is going to pose a battery of questions in the regional Assembly and in the town halls, to uncover the reality that is hidden behind the plan granted by Celaá to the autonomous communities.

An anguishing plan that essentially consists of ruining the current 2020-2021 school year, as has already been done with the previous one, throwing students out of classrooms, under the pretext of connecting them to an online system fragmented into 17 pieces that It does not have any characteristics approved for this type of training.Under parliamentary control, VOX Murcia will present a battery of measures that will pay attention to students with special needs, will avoid inequality between public, subsidized and private centers, will pay attention to the needs of large families, and will monitor the abandonment of functions of the educative administration.

It will also point out questions about the relocation plans of the students, the role left to the management of the centers and the municipal collaboration in this process. From VOX Murcia it is considered that Education should be a centrally managed public policy.

Only a national model can avoid inequality, eliminate political spending on dubiously educational projects, establish the unity of content throughout the territory, and defend the Spanish language as a vehicle to guarantee the social ladder of young people in our country.

COVID-19 or Chinese virus has highlighted the failure of the current autonomic system that plugs and parasitizes the Spanish educational model. The provincial president, José Ángel Antelo has expressed: “The general malaise of all parents is already a fact every year with the return to school, but the Regional Government, far from helping this year in the difficult situation that families are going through, they have helped to normalize chaos and family uncertainty in Murcia ”.

And he recalled “the need to carry out massive tests to screen for the Chinese virus”.For his part, the regional deputy Pascual Salvador recognizes that “a year online is a lost year, our children cannot depend on connections and schedules without any type of authority from the teachers, thus the right to Education is not guaranteed.
