The PSOE denounces the amount of mini bottles that appear uncontrollably in the districts of Murcia (18/08/2020)

The spokesman José Antonio Serrano affirms that "to the concentrations to make bottles without hygiene measures is added the lack of local police personnel to control them.

It is a public health problem that occurs even within municipal facilities, without any measures hygienic to avoid contagion " The spokesman José Antonio Serrano is concerned about the amount of mini bottles that are being produced in the districts in an uncontrolled way and that this activity can generate a source of contagion of COVID19, according to Serrano "at the concentrations to make bottles without hygiene measures In addition, the lack of local police forces to control it.

It is a public health problem that occurs even within municipal facilities, without any hygienic measures to avoid contagion.

" Serrano indicates that "it is happening that some of these bottles are given in gardens but are also being produced within municipal facilities, to evade police control.

It is common for facilities such as the Sangonera La Verde swimming pool, the park children who are inside the La Raya Campus, or the flagrant case of the Puente Tocinos soccer field, where we can regularly see remains of food and glass bottles, even broken, on the artificial grass ".

In addition, the spokesman denounces that in the matter of the police it rains over wet "we have received complaints from neighbors who call the police for noise and bottles and they come at 4 or 5 hours after the warning, in the absence of troops, with the corresponding neighborhood complaints ".In addition, Serrano affirms that "this past Sunday of the 9 barracks in the municipality of Murcia, only the one in El Palmar was serving, in a municipality like this this situation cannot be allowed." It is clear that awareness campaigns on the situation of COVID19 need a greater boost.

Serrano points out that "it is important that we understand the social behaviors of citizens and not criminalize young people who need controlled spaces to socialize, with the maximum guarantees of hygiene and concentrate surveillance, control and awareness efforts where there is a greater concentration of people without hygienic measures ". The socialist spokesman proposes "concentrating surveillance on municipal facilities and precincts where there is evidence that access is being made to make the bottles and increase the cleaning of these places since these remains remain in the spaces and are sources of contagion." Serrano adds that "as public officials we cannot allow the facilities of all Murcians to be turned into spaces that potentially pose a risk of contagion from COVID19, so I demand that Ballesta take control of the situation to stop these practices and create COVID19-free leisure spaces for citizens.
