The City Council launches the ´You choose to be responsible´ campaign to prevent infections among young people (13/08/2020)

Ballesta has detailed that "we have made this determination to avoid situations that can lead to the spread of the virus in our municipality."Request for the closure of the Beniaján and Cabezo de Torres day centersSimilarly, the first mayor of Murcia has reported that the Department of Social Rights and Family has recommended to the Murcian Institute of Social Action (IMAS) the closure of the day-stay centers of Beniaján and Cabezo de Torres.

The 76 centers for the elderly that exist in the municipality remain closed.As for municipal workers, more than a thousand have received training and prevention courses against COVID, especially those who perform face-to-face care positions.
