The Contracting Surveillance Commission meets this Friday to continue analyzing the parks and gardens contract (29/07/2020)

| The situation in which the file of the breaches detected in the municipal crane service is also addressed | The Special Committee on Contracting Surveillance chaired by the Councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, will be held by videoconference this Friday, July 31, at 1:00 p.m., to continue analyzing the park and garden contract and address the complaint filed by the group Socialist before the Prosecutor's Office.In this sense, Gómez has indicated that "as president of the Commission, his duty is to make all the means available to those interested in order to provide the required information in this regard in a transparent, clear and agile manner, and that this matter be clarified as soon as possible "The Special Surveillance Commission will also address the breaches detected at the time in the municipal tow truck service and the possible opening of the disciplinary proceedings.In this way, the head of Development has recalled that "the basic objective of this Commission is to inspect and control contracts so that the conditions of the bids awarded are fulfilled, as well as their correct operation, thus guaranteeing the effectiveness and quality of the services that the concessionaires provide ".
