Citizens can now request the access card to the Zeneta study room (08/07/2020)

| Users can process it through the form that is on the web and choose whether to pick up by hand at the José Saramago and Calle Amberes Library or receive by mail postcard | The Municipal Network of Study Rooms of Murcia (RMSE) finalizes the preparations for the opening of the new Zeneta branch, located on Avenida Juan Carlos I, 122B, on the ground floor of the building that houses the cultural center and headquarters of the Municipal board.Thus, citizens can already request the access card to the study room by filling out a form located on the web.The service allows them to be received by post or hand-picked at the José Saramago Library (Avenida de la Fama, 9), from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m.

to 2 p.m., during the months of July and August.

From September, the hours will be from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 a.m.

to 1:30 p.m., and from Monday to Friday, from 4:30 p.m.

to 8:30 p.m.

Likewise, they can also be withdrawn at Calle Amberes, 3, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.The cards are assigned to the requested room, but if you want to use another one, it is not necessary to request a new one, but you must ask to activate it for the study room you are interested in by email or phone."It is important to note that the card is the property of the Murcia City Council, so if the user no longer needs it, they must request the cancellation and return it," explains Mercedes Bernabé, councilor for the Urban Agenda and Open Government, who points out that "the card is personal and non-transferable, that is, no one can use it, except the interested party, since that is the commitment assumed when accepting compliance with the Rules of Operation and Coexistence of the Municipal Network of Study Rooms in Murcia ”.Likewise, the cards can only be used by their owners and no citizen can access the rooms as a companion to those who do have it.

The mayor remembers that the card is free and that a misuse of it can end in sanction, such as its blockage for six months or its cancellation.
