a trade. Una familia´, the photographic exhibition that puts the centennial venues of San Antolín face (01/07/2020)

| About twenty images make up this exhibition, which can be visited from today on Calle del Pilar –it is exposed to the open air– until September 15 | The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the Councilor for Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén; the mayor of Commerce, Markets and Public Roads, Juan Fernando Hernández Piernas; and the councilor for Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesús Pacheco, opened this morning the exhibition 'Un comercio.

A family ', which is made up of twenty photographs that show the shops of San Antolín and that is exhibited outdoors on Calle del Pilar, one of the busiest in this neighborhood."With this sample we put a face on the people who are behind the shops in San Antolín and who are their engines, because behind each shop, whether it is smaller or bigger, there is always a family," said José Ballesta, who added that "Now, when the reopening of the premises is taking place, taking actions that promote local and local commerce, which are an essential part of the life of the neighborhood, is more important than ever."The San Julián drugstore, the Luis de Rosario House or the Barrigaverde restaurant, the old and new of San AntolínThe exhibition includes images of centuries-old shops, such as the San Julián drug store or the Luis de Rosario House, as well as others that have been born more recently in San Antolín, such as the Barrigaverde restaurant.Trying to put a face to the shops of San Antolín so that the families, when they pass through Calle del Pilar, recognize their merchants, as well as promoting activity in them, are the objectives of this exhibition, which has been launched on the occasion of the pandemic and to promote local purchasing.Until 15 SeptemberThe exhibition, organized by the Central-West Municipal Board, will remain on display from today until September 15.
