The growth experienced by the Center for Municipal Initiatives (CIM-M) and the incorporation of new concepts and models of operation and organization of entrepreneurial spaces make it necessary to establish new rules to regulate their operation.The Plenum of the Murcia City Council has unanimously approved the new municipal ordinance regulating the use, operation, organization and management of the municipal entrepreneurial spaces of the Department of Economic Promotion service run by the mayor Pedro García Rex.This regulatory ordinance will allow regulating the expansion of services and new municipal spaces for autonomous people and companies.For accommodation in offices, companies must have a maximum age of three years, thus responding to the vicissitudes of any business project that takes place at the beginning and during the so-called consolidation period that usually covers more than three years.The new ordinance, which comes to replace the 2014 one, becomes necessary due to the growth experienced by the CIM-M during these six years, as well as the expansion of services that initially began to be presented and the emergence of new concepts and models of use, operation, organization and management of these spaces.Recently, the plot on which the CIM-M is located, located on the Churra road, has been refurbished, which will allow holding conferences and presentations of business projects and companies in the municipality and other outside initiatives that want to develop their economic activity.
