The Governing Board has endorsed both proposals.18,000 square meters in Sangonera la SecaIn the case of Sangonera la Seca, the Detail Study includes the construction of 316 homes on an area of ??18,000 square meters.

The Department has also authorized the construction of several single-family homes in districts such as Espinardo, Javalí Nuevo, La Alberca and La Albatalía.
