A new badge will allow SICTED companies and services to guarantee the safety of the destination (21/06/2020)

| Murcia establishments and services that pass the evaluation process will receive a distinction issued by the Secretary of State for Tourism, accrediting good practices for risk reduction for COVID-19 contagion | Generating confidence and security in both residents and national and international visitors who visit Murcia is the main objective pursued by the initiative of the Secretary of State for Tourism and the Ministry of Health with the publication of the "Guidelines for the reduction of contagion by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the tourism sector.

" There are already guides for 18 SICTED trades (Integral System of Quality in Destinations) that will be expanded and published as they adapt.These are guides with specifications for service, cleaning and disinfection, maintenance and risk management for companies and services distinguished with the "Tourism Quality Commitment" brand.The Murcian establishments and services distinguished with this brand can implement the guides to offer maximum security and recover tourism in the most effective, safe and sustainable way.

SICTED will be in charge of providing each establishment or service with a self-assessment process to check its degree of compliance with the guidelines and proceed to carry out corrective actions if necessary.Subsequently, an evaluation will be carried out by qualified external personnel to verify the optimal and complete compliance with the measures implemented.
