With the signing of this agreement, the Government Team seeks to improve environmental management within the forestry farms it protects.This measure is part of the battery of measures that the Murcia City Council is carrying out to contribute to the improvement of the environment in the municipality, a task in which it is acting in coordination with the entities of the sector.The Murcian City Council has been developing an environmental project in recent years that seeks the implementation of measures that contribute to reducing the emission of polluting gases into the atmosphere.The development by ACUDE of environmental education and outreach programs will show the natural values ??of La Tercia, Los Santiagos and Los Rosales.More hedges, rainfed cereals and carob treesPlans will also be carried out to promote biodiversity in these places and agro-environmental actions.

In the terraces that are on the margins of the farms, hedges will be planted, dry grains will be planted and carob trees will be recovered.The three farms will release signs to locate the elements they contain and the technicians will correct the erosive processes of the soil.

ACUDE will carry out an inventory of the flora and fauna on the farms and monitor wildlife.

She will combine these works with the organization of educational and agricultural activities.Antonio Navarro has highlighted that "caring for the environment is one of the main objectives of the Government Team.

This agreement will allow management in municipal forest farms to improve.
