| The City Council recognizes the work of all those who are working in the fight against Covid-19 Green lighting its most emblematic buildings | The City Council, through the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration responsible for the lighting systems of the municipality, which José Guillén directs, pays tribute to all health professionals, cleaning services, maintenance, supplies, bodies security, supermarkets, pharmacies or the media, who are working during these weeks in the fight against the Covid-19, with the lighting of different buildings and spaces in the city of Murcia in green in his honor. In this way, the Moneo Building, the Almudí Palace, the Paseo Alfonso X, Murcia Río and the San Esteban Site have been illuminated.
This initiative will continue for the duration of the alarm state. Councilor José Guillén has sent a message of thanks to all the residents of Murcia, joining the initiative of the Regional Government to recognize for the first time in history exemplary behavior during this health crisis, to the 1.5 million citizens of the Region.He also stressed that "we appreciate the work being carried out by public services and especially our toilets to guarantee the safety of all Murcians.
