Open the period to apply for subsidies to promote employment and self-employment in the municipality (08/06/2020)

SMEs, micro-SMEs, property communities, cooperatives, cooperative members and autonomous people in the municipality of Murcia can apply for aid from today until October 30, according to the standard model available at the City Council's electronic office.From today until next October 30th, SMEs, micro-SMEs, property communities, cooperatives, cooperative members and autonomous people of the municipality of Murcia may apply for subsidies to promote employment and self-employment, within the framework of the 'Plan Reinicia', that has been launched by the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, led by Pedro García Rex.AmountThe maximum amount of aid amounts to a total of 254,000 euros, of which 200,000 are for the contracting modality; and 54,000 to self-employment.

The amount of 2,500 euros is individually designated for the formalization of new contracts, and 1,500 euros for the new registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).The objective of this line of aid is none other than to help the business community of Murcia to promote the employment of employed persons and those who want to undertake an activity on their own account or become part of social economy companies.

Contracts may be carried out full or part-time, provided that it is not less than 50% of the full-time workday.Indefinite contracts that do not belong to the discontinuous fixed modality that are kept for at least 6 months will also be the object of this subsidy.
