Citizen Attention resumes today the face-to-face service by prior appointment at the Glorieta, Abenarabi and Plaza de Europa offices (01/06/2020)

Users must go to the offices through this procedure, which can be requested through the web and, from Wednesday, it can also be requested on the phone 010 and 968 22 95 49The Citizen Attention Service, dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, has begun today to attend in person at the three central offices of Glorieta de España, Plaza de Europa and the municipal building of Abenarabi, through the appointment system previous.In this way, citizens can already go to these offices to carry out their procedures on registration flyers, registrations, cancellations and changes of address, information on aid for Basic Insertion Income, social emergency aid, economic subsidies, traffic sanctions, housing, health or urban planning. The councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, responsible for the service, together with the councilor for Pedanías y Barrios, Marco Antonio Fernández, today visited the facilities located in Glorieta de España, where the headquarters of Ventanilla Única is located."We resume face-to-face care with all the security measures and always thinking of offering the best benefits to Murcia.

In addition, other safety measures are added for personnel such as Personal Protective Equipment, hydroalcoholic gels, gloves and masks."The service resumes its activity once it has been verified by the Occupational Risk Prevention technicians that all the appropriate preventive measures have been adopted for face-to-face care," highlights Marco Antonio Fernández.Coordinated workThe device put in place to guarantee the security of face-to-face positions in all Citizen Attention Offices is being carried out in coordination with the Occupational Health Prevention services, dependent on the Department of Pedanías y Barrios; and Health, from the Department of Sports and Health, which must supervise all the facilities to verify that they comply with the regulatory measures for their reopening.In addition, the collaboration of the Computing Service, dependent on the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, also stands out for the installation of the prior appointment for face-to-face attention in all the municipal offices.
