The three central offices of Citizen Attention open to the public on Monday in person through an appointment (29/05/2020)

en / web / portal / appointment-prior / appointmentpreurburb / | The Citizen Attention Service, dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, will begin to attend from next Monday, June 1, in person at the three central offices, located in Glorieta de España, Plaza de Europa and the Abenarabi municipal building, by appointment system.The service resumes its activity once it has been verified, by the Occupational Risk Prevention technicians, that all the appropriate preventive measures have been adopted for face-to-face attention to the citizen and attending to the resumption of administrative deadlines agreed by Royal Decree 537 / 2020 of May 22.Specifically, Citizen Care will take up 19 face-to-face positions among the three offices that will serve the population in different shifts: five in the Abenarabi Municipal Building; five in Plaza Europa; and 9 in Glorieta de España, where the Single Window service and the processing of Civil Weddings are provided."Citizen Care is a direct information service to Murcia, close and accessible from different channels.

to 2 p.m.Security measures against the Covi-19The Citizen Attention Service opens its three central offices to the public in person after the conditioning of all its spaces and the measures adopted against the risk of exposure to Covid-19.In this way, the posts have a protective screen and the interior routes, entrances, exits and waiting rooms have been designated in order to guarantee the interpersonal distance of two meters.Likewise, the space and furniture have been redistributed with the regulatory safety distances in all the offices, as well as in the internal offices.

Other security measures are also added for personnel such as Personal Protective Equipment and hydroalcoholic gels.Coordinated workThe device put in place to guarantee the security of face-to-face positions in all Citizen Attention Offices is being carried out in coordination with the Occupational Health Prevention services, dependent on the Department of Pedanías y Barrios; and Health, from the Department of Sports and Health, which must supervise all the facilities to verify that they comply with the regulatory measures for their reopening.In addition, the collaboration of the Computing Service, dependent on the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, also stands out for the installation of the prior appointment for face-to-face attention in all the municipal offices.
