| The street vendors that supply fried doughs and pizzas and other prepared meals may also resume their activity | The councilor for Commerce, Markets and Public Roads, Juan Fernando Hernández, today signed the decree authorizing the reopening of the street vendors' stalls on public roads at the same locations and with the same conditions under which were awarded.These are mobile street vendor stalls selling fried doughs and pizzas and other prepared meals, according to the health authorization of the Autonomous Community they have.Hygiene, safety and distancing measuresStreet vending businesses must comply with all the measures established by state, regional and municipal regulations applicable to vendors and personnel who carry out their work in this area.

Among the hygiene, safety and distancing measures, the following stand out:Carry out, at least twice a day, a cleaning and disinfection of the facilities of the stalls, with special attention to the most frequent contact surfaces such as counters, furniture, handrails, floors, taps, handles, work tools and other susceptible items handling, using disinfectants with dilutions of freshly prepared bleach or any of the disinfectants with virucidal activity that are on the market and that have been authorized and registered by the Ministry of Health.

One of these cleanings will be carried out, at the end of the working day.Proceed to clearly signal the two-meter interpersonal safety distance with marks on the ground or by using beacons, signage and signage.Prohibit any type of consumption at the stall.

The residence time will be strictly necessary for customers to place their orders and withdraw their purchases.Establish collection systems at the premises of the products purchased, in a staggered way that avoids crowds in their access; as well as signaling an area of ??exclusive use for the delivery of products without personal contact.Make hydroalcoholic gel available to customers.Impose the presentation of all the supplements (sauces, dressings, sugar, etc.) as well as the elements (napkins) in single-dose.Prioritize care for pregnant women, the elderly, the disabled, people with reduced mobility and parents with children under three and baby carriages.Impose the mandatory use of masks and gloves on workers in street vendors.All workers must have personal protective equipment and permanently have hydroalcoholic gel with virucidal activity for hand cleaning or, where appropriate, soap and water.Establish, in each sales unit, the minimum interpersonal safety distance of two meters between workers, this being the responsibility of the owner of the sales post.Adopt measures to guarantee a minimum distance of one meter between vendor, users and other personnel who are in the street vendor stalls, when there are protection elements or barriers, or approximately two meters without these elements.Regular update and evaluationLikewise, the publication and periodic updating of all information relating to the operation, hygienic-sanitary measures and installation of the weekly market stalls will be ordered on the website of the Murcia City Council and, where appropriate, at its electronic headquarters.Likewise, the guidelines designed in this decree will be periodically evaluated.

The measures adopted will be periodically evaluated for their progressive updating, in accordance with the health requirements of the general interest.
