for the dismantling and collection of posts.Hygiene, safety and distancing measuresRegarding the hygiene required in the weekly markets and the actions to guarantee safety and distance between workers, customers and passers-by, the following measures are imposed:Carry out access control to comply with the capacity of the surface enabled for the provision of the market service.Set up the perimeters of the market and enable access control, one entry and one exit, complying with the security measures imposed within the markets.Carry out the control of gauging by the Market Inspection service, in collaboration with the Agents of the Local Police Force and personnel of the security company.Establish the sales unit in modules of five meters, being able to expand its surface those sellers whose stall has a lower dimension.

Dichas papeleras deberán ser limpiadas de forma frecuente y al menos una vez al día.Reducir la presencia simultánea de personal laboral en los puestos de venta, estableciéndose un máximo de dos personas por módulo siempre que se cumpla con la distancia de seguridad interpersonal de dos metros.Exigir al titular de la actividad la responsabilidad de garantizar la posibilidad de mantener la distancia de seguridad interpersonal mínima de dos metros entre los trabajadores.Adoptar las medidas para garantizar una distancia mínima de un metro entre vendedor, usuarios y demás personal que se encuentre en la superficie habilitada para la prestación del servicio del mercado, cuando se cuente con elementos de protección o barreras, o de aproximadamente dos metros sin estos elementos.

-En el caso de atención individualizada de más de un cliente al mismo tiempo, ésta no podrá realizarse de manera simultánea por el mismo trabajador.Imposibilidad de manipulación por los usuarios de la mercancía, de manera que se efectuará únicamente por el/los responsables del puesto.Coordinación con la Policía LocalAnte la situación sanitaria que se está viviendo y dadas las limitaciones de la plantilla del servicio de Consumo, Mercados y Plazas de Abastos, se pone en conocimiento de la Concejalía de Seguridad Ciudadana y Gestión Económica, la necesidad de una coordinación con los agentes de la Policía Local para cubrir las necesidades que puedan plantearse respecto a la instalación y recogida de los puestos de los mercadillos semanales, con el objetivo de dar cumplimiento a la obligación de abastecimiento de productos alimentarios a la población.Patrullas especializadasIgualmente, el Ayuntamiento de Murcia se compromete a tratar de especializar dos tipos de servicios en los mercados de venta ambulante en la vía pública:Una patrulla especializada para el control de aforos, cumplimiento de las distancias de seguridad interpersonales y de las medidas higiénico-sanitarias exigibles en los mercadosUna patrulla especializada para la asistencia a personas mayores y/o dependientes para la realización y adquisición de la compra de productos y recogida de los mismos en los puestos de venta.Información actualizada en la web municipalIgualmente se ordenará la publicación y actualización periódica de toda información relativa al funcionamiento, medidas higiénico- sanitarias e instalación de los puestos de los mercadillos semanales en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Murcia y, en su caso, en su sede electrónica.Evaluación periódicaLas directrices diseñadas en este decreto, así como las medidas adoptadas serán objeto de evaluación periódica para su progresiva actualización, conforme a las exigencias sanitarias del interés general.Notificación a los titulares de los puestosLa Concejalía de Comercio, Mercados y Vía Pública notificará la presente resolución a los titulares de los puestos de los mercados semanales afectados, por medio de su publicación en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Murcia.Concejalía de Seguridad y otros serviciosTambién se dará traslado de esta resolución a la Concejalía de Seguridad Ciudadana y Gestión Económica y a los servicios municipales de Salud, Inspección de Consumo, Inspección de Mercados, Policía Local, Limpieza Viaria, Protección Civil, Información y Atención Ciudadana e Informática.Difusión tablón de anuncios y web institucionalSe publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Murcia la presente resolución y se ordenará su inserción en la página web institucional, a fin de dar la mayor difusión posible acerca de la información y las medidas adoptadas en el presente decreto.
