Our Father Jesus Municipal Cemetery reopens its doors (11/05/2020)

The City Council authorizes visits, starting tomorrow, with a maximum capacity of 25 people and with hours of 8:00 am.

at 8:00 p.m., in addition to the usual hygiene and safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.The Nuestro Padre Jesús Municipal Cemetery, in Espinardo, opens, from tomorrow, to the public at 8:00 am.

at 8:00 p.m., with a maximum capacity of 25 people per visit and hour, in addition to the usual hygiene and safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.In this way, the Murcia City Council, through the Municipal Health Services, dependent on the Department of Health and Sports, headed by Felipe Coello, has decided to open the churchyard to the public in accordance with Order SND / 399/2020, of May 9, from the Ministry of Health, which regulates national restrictions, established after the declaration of the state of alarm in application of Phase 1 of the Plan for the transition to a new normality."In assimilation to the norms dictated in its article 8, as regards wakes and burials, and in view of the multiple inquiries and requests made by citizens, we have agreed to open the churchyard so that the neighbors can visit the relatives who rest in it.

 Thus, visits to the Our Father Jesus Municipal Cemetery will be authorized with the following measures:  - Visiting hours from 8.00 a.m.

at 1:00 p.m.

and from 4:00 p.m.

at 8:00 p.m.-Access will be pedestrian with a maximum of views / hour of 25 people, in this phase.

To this end, an entry and exit control will be established at the main (pedestrian) door.-In all cases, the safety and hygiene measures established by the health authorities for the prevention of Covid-19 must be respected, regarding the maintenance of a minimum safety distance of two meters, hand hygiene and respiratory label.-These measures referring to visits do not imply any modification regarding the accompaniment to burials, maintaining the number of people established in article 8.2.-This authorization is subject to not being invalidated by the health authority.
