In this context, so that the machinery of the vehicles is ready at all times, 34 people work in the workshop at full capacity.Fast acting productsOperators are using sodium hypochlorite - colloquially known as bleach - to clean and disinfect the municipality.

Las actuaciones de limpieza se centran en los elementos de juego de las zonas infantiles, las piezas de gerontogimnasia, las zonas de esparcimiento canino y el mobiliario urbano. Más de 200 trabajadores, de la empresa concesionaria STV-Actúa, son los encargados de estas labores, equipados con la indumentaria de seguridad reglamentaria, además de con mascarillas y guantes.En concreto, el Servicio de Parques y Jardines está actuando en: 2.834 juegos infantiles, ubicados en las más de 500 zonas de ocio para los pequeños existentes en el municipio; 723 aparatos de gerontogimnasia, distribuidas en las 69 zonas biosaludables para personas mayores.

El producto empleado para estas actuaciones es hipoclorito de sodio diluido en agua.Asimismo, el Servicio de Parques y Jardines ha intensificado las labores de limpieza en las 51 zonas de esparcimiento canino del municipio, tanto en los elementos de juego para las mascotas como el mobiliario de estos espacios.Dispositivo especial en todas las pedaníasDurante el periodo de confinamiento también se ha desarrollado un dispositivo especial de desinfección en todas las pedanías del municipio, formado por las brigadas forestales de la Dirección General de Medio Natural y el Servicio municipal de Limpieza Viaria que, en colaboración también con STV/Actúa y Aguas de Murcia, han trabajado en la desinfección de más de 1.000 puntos diarios de los espacios públicos con el fin de evitar la propagación del coronavirus.En concreto, trabajaron durante 5 días en las pedanías 19 brigadas por día –cerca de 70 personas– y en dos ocasiones en la desinfección de la ciudad 2 veces.Aguas de MurciaAsimismo, Aguas de Murcia ha participado en la limpieza y desinfección del municipio con 5 equipos de limpieza –de dos personas cada uno– que trabajaron la primera semana del estado de alarma.

Actualmente están trabajando 3 equipos.Trabajos complementarios en colaboración con la ComunidadEl Ayuntamiento ha coordinado labores complementarias de desinfección en colaboración con la Comunidad Autónoma durante el periodo de confinamiento, que ha puesto a disposición sus brigadas forestales para intensificar estos trabajos en estación de autobuses y paradas de tranvía, así como en los entornos de hospitales y residencias de ancianos.
