Education invites schoolchildren to capture their experience at home through a drawing (02/05/2020)

| The Educational Programs Service launches this initiative with which an exhibition will be held that can be seen at murciaeducadora.net | The Department of Education and Nursery Schools, led by Belén López, invites schoolchildren from the municipality to participate in an exhibition of drawings in which they will have to capture their experience during all this time at home."Aware of the effort that the little ones are making, we want to know their experiences through the activity that we have called 'When we had to stay at home' with which they will have to use their creativity and imagination", explains the mayor.The final objective is to make an album full of ideas among all the schoolchildren in the municipality, which will be available on the murciaeducadora.net website and on the social networks of Facebook and Flickr.The initiative is aimed at boys and girls between 6 and 12 years old who are studying at any of the educational centers in the municipality of Murcia.

They should record their experience during this time at home in a drawing.

The work must accompany a word or title that summarizes the message to be made known.The work will be sent by photo or scan to the address mariadolores.pozo@ayto-murcia.es, highlighting the name of the activity and the personal details of the participant (name and surname, school to which it belongs and contact telephone number) .The call will be valid until the last day of confinement and the works will be published on the aforementioned channels, as they arrive. More resources to work at homeIn addition to this activity, students will have new resources available on the Murcia Educator website, such as the story 'The most precious treasure', which a teacher from CEIP La Flota tells her students during their confinement.The #MurciaMiCiudadEnCasa program, through the Educational Programs Service, offers this week three open dance shows from the Royal Theater, on the occasion of World Dance Day, training actions for teachers and free time activities for the youngest.These resources are in addition to those already announced in previous weeks, such as links to learn English, literary recommendations, movie portals and events.
