The PSOE aspires that the recovery measures in which it is working with all groups are reflected in the next Budget with deadlines (23/04/2020)

| The councilors of the Socialist Group consider that these measures should be worked with rigor and, after consensus, approve them in an extraordinary plenary session | Councilors of the Municipal Socialist Group have again participated this morning in two working groups where the social and economic measures that will be necessary for the recovery of the municipality are being debated with the rest of the political forces represented in the Murcia City Council.

These measures should be reflected in the next Budget (it must be remembered that the one corresponding to 2020 is not presented), as a responsible commitment to society that there is funding, as well as a deadline for implementation. It must be remembered that the Socialist Group produced a draft with 65 measures, sent to social and economic agents just a week ago, aimed at curbing the risk of vulnerability, creating jobs and refloating the economy in the face of the effects of the world coronavirus pandemic is already causing.

These measures are being put on the work tables with the contributions that are being received so that, together with the proposals from the other groups, they can design a plan agreed and supported by all.

"Because our neighbors want to see that the political leaders are up to the task, we are capable of reaching agreements and they feel safe knowing that we are working to get out of this extraordinary situation as soon as possible," explains Councilwoman Esther Nevado, who along with the mayor Antonio Benito,He has participated in the table on social and educational measures. "We believe that with our union we return to society appreciation for their behavior during this pandemic," he added. From the Socialist Group, it is considered necessary to design all the measures to implement them in the short, medium and long term, without pause but without haste, so it is not necessary to run to approve them in the April plenary session, since we can call a Extraordinary Plenary a little later in order to guarantee the participation of society, as well as the design of initiatives that are adjusted to reality and well planned. In this sense, the councilor Carmen Fructuoso, who participates in the table of economic and employment measures, along with the mayor Enrique Lorca, has pointed out that "we must be clear about what money we are going to count and what endowment each of the measures that come true.

" Likewise, he warns that it is also "very necessary to have sufficient human resources to be able to attend to municipal services when we begin to implement the measures."
