Redes para el Tiempo Libre offers fifteen online activities for young people this weekend (23/04/2020)

| They will be able to practice kizomba, capoeira, guitar, k-pop, sign language and manga comics, among other activities | During the next weekend, the Municipal Youth Service of the Murcia City Council, through Networks for Free Time, will carry out a schedule of online activities through its Instagram account @Redesmurcia.For this, live connections will be made through the social network Instagram, the Zoom application and on lichess.org with the monitors of the workshops that have been developed in the latest programming in the youth spaces and cultural centers of the City of Murcia.On Friday 24 at 16:30 from the Zoom application there will be a live connection with a Video Editing session for both PC and Smartphone.From the Instagram account, Zumba activities will be carried out, a discipline focused on keeping the body healthy through dance movements combined with aerobic routine, Kizomba a dance style of Angolan origin with a relaxed rhythm, and, finally, physical conditioning, with exercises to maintain a healthy body.On Saturday 25 in the morning there will be activities of a creative, formative and physical nature.

Firstly, Fitness where the instructor will perform a set of repetitive gymnastic exercises and, secondly, the Capoeira activity, where the participants will put into practice this Afro-Brazilian martial art.During the afternoon the activities will be K-pop where you can learn steps and dance techniques of this popular style of Korean music, there will be a direct connection with the Guitar monitor from Zoom, the connection with the Language instructor will continue signs and end with muscle toning, the monitor will offer a routine with repetitive exercises with little weight.And finally on Sunday the 26th, the participants will end the week with Pilates workshops, where the instructor will present exercises and movements to stretch, strengthen and balance the body; Latin Rhythms, which will work on the technique, styles, choreography of steps and musicality of different dances; Manga comic where the monitor will expose methods and guidelines of this type of Japanese drawing and Self Defense and Physical Conditioning.Also, from the lichess.org platform the Chess activity will take place at 18:00, where basic concepts of this sport will be explained, and the participants will be able to participate in games with the instructions of the monitor, a day to train body and mind.
