The Libraries of Murcia invite you to enjoy this week the great writers of literature (20/04/2020)

| Under the motto # QuédateEnCasa, the RMBM offers a varied program with literary recommendations for the whole family | The Municipal Library Network of Murcia (RMBM), dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, led by Mercedes Bernabé, offers various literary recommendations for that week, which commemorates Book Day on April 23, a symbolic date for literature throughout the world because that day, in 1616, Miguel de Cervantes and William Shakespeare died.Thus, under the title # QuédateEnCasa, the Libraries of Murcia dedicate a section to these authors, but they also invite citizens to learn about the work of others, such as Miguel Delibes, Mario Benedetti or Benito Pérez Galdós.Free downloadable links and readings, audiobooks, movies, and a selection of cultural events are proposed so you can entertain yourself from home and share with the family."We invite all Murcia to enjoy the programming that, from the Library Service, we have prepared with great enthusiasm.

Reading is being a perfect ally for these days, so we want to encourage citizens to re-read the great masters of our literature, "says Mercedes Bernabé.

Citizens can access current and public domain books at: 'eBiblioMurcia', 'Publishers offering their free e-books to make quarantine more bearable', '13 websites where you can download thousands of books in the public domain for free ',' Elejandría: public domain books', 'Proyecto Gutenberg', 'Literanda' or 'LoyalBooks'.-Writers celebrating their centenary this year.

The Libraries of Murcia invite you to reread the work of authors, such as Benito Pérez Galdós, Miguel Delibes or Mario Benedetti, among others.-Reading recommendations for quarantine.

eBiblio is financed by the Regional Library and is a project of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.It is a technological platform that allows access to works in digital format to be able to read them on different devices: tablets, smartphones, personal computers or e-book readers compatible with DRM from Adobe.Accesses can be made at the address http://murcia.ebiblio.es and on the links on the web www.rmbm.org.To enter the platform you must be a user of the Municipal Network of Libraries in Murcia.

People with a card can already access and those who do not have to register at http://rmbm.org/servicios/carne2.htm.

Also, by email the access data will be advanced and by postal mail the physical card will be sent.
