The document includes fifty proposals related to Social, Economy, Education, Culture, Women and Equality, Environment and Mobility.

All the measures start around the axis of focusing the budget of the Murcia City Council to reinforce the Social Services of the municipality so that "no Murcian or a Murcian woman is left behind, providing the necessary economic and human resources." Alicia Martínez, coordinator of the local assembly, stated that they are "aware of the difficulties and complexity involved in managing a crisis of this nature and this scale.

That is why at IU-Verdes we believe it is time to contribute." The left formation demands, among other measures, to keep the school canteens open during the summer months and to keep the dining room scholarships.

In the area of ??culture, he proposes to grant microcredits at interest 0 to the collectives so that they can resume projects after the state of alarm is lifted and give priority to local artists at events and acts organized by the administration. The document affirms that women are the most vulnerable in the face of a new economic crisis, so it moves numerous measures to facilitate their return to the labor market with the increase in public nursery schools, and warns of the "exacerbation of gender violence during the lockdown". They highlight that by reducing road traffic by more than 90% "we have once again heard the singing of birds on our streets and the air quality has improved to levels never seen before", reducing air pollution by PM10 particles by more than 40% .

They claim to learn from the improvement of the environment and that the Ayto Murcia bets decisively on public transport when the confinement ends. Martinez has stated that they are going to report the measures to the whole of Murcian society, "But we are also going to present them in writing to the Murcia City Council so that the proposals of the United Left - Greens are recorded.

And later there will be another moment to reflect on the lessons that this crisis leaves us.
