The modernization of the procedures allows Social Rights to process more than 100 daily grants for vulnerable families (09/04/2020)

The Social Services of the Murcia City Council are processing 100 daily files of families with basic needs, thanks to the streamlining and modernization of procedures, so that in the next few weeks all the files currently received will have been processed.

The councilor for Social and Family Rights, Pilar Torres, has pointed out that "Streamlining the processing of aid, coordination and the establishment of clear procedures is one of the challenges that this department is facing, to respond to the increase in work that It will mean the opening of new help lines, the attention of requests and the increase of calls that are being received in a very short time ”.

To facilitate Murcia families' access to municipal resources, the City Council has unified all municipal public information on the 010 telephone line, attended by professionals from the Citizen Attention service.

Call for the Network for Social Inclusion
