The Governing Board today approved the specifications of particular administrative clauses and technical requirements for contracting, through an open procedure subject to harmonized regulation, of the cleaning service in public schools dependent on the Murcia City Council.

The contract is divided into three lots for a maximum bid amount of 9,369,049 euros: 3,153,141 euros for Lot 1;

2,986,354 for Lot 2;

and 3,229,553 euros for Lot 3.

The period of action is between August 1, 2020 and October 4, 2022, and may be initially extended until October 4, 2023 and, in any case, until the start of the execution of the new contract to be tendered. for municipal buildings, which will include the cleaning of schools dependent on the Murcia City Council

The contract provides for the cleaning of public schools in the municipality of Murcia, their daily maintenance, as well as in-depth work carried out during vacation periods.

Likewise, the Governing Board today also approved the award of the supply of painting materials and accessories for public schools to the company Padel Pinturas with a budget of 107,669 euros and for a period of three years.

After the resolution of the appeal, by the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources, the award proposal in favor of said mercantile has been formulated.

In this way, what is intended is to guarantee the maintenance and conservation work of the buildings, both facades and interior walls, dependent on the City Council.
