The offer of free online activities of the youth spaces of the municipality grows (07/04/2020)

The Department of Sustainable Mobility and Youth, led by Rebeca Pérez, has expanded free online programming for young people in the municipality

Thus, from now on, activities will also be broadcast in the morning and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, including zumba, yoga, clothing customization, crafts, magic, bollywood, cartoons ...

To the programming that was already carried out from Friday to Sunday, other activities are now added, organized by the youth spaces of the municipality, which will occupy the mornings and afternoons of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

In this way, on Mondays you can practice rhythmic gymnastics (11 hours), learn magic (12 hours) and practice zumba (17 hours), pilates (18 hours) and bollywood (19 hours).

The Tuesday session will begin with stretching with children (11 hours) and will continue with stretching (17 hours), yoga (18 hours) and toning (19 hours).

On Wednesdays there will be workshops on crafts (11 hours), magic (12 hours) and clothing customization (17 hours) and you can practice Pilates (18 hours) and oriental dance (19 hours) and learn to do cartoons (20.10 time).

This new programming is added to the one already offered by the Youth Service, through the Networks for free time program and its Instagram account Redesmurcia, and which is as follows:

On Friday the Video editing learning activities will take place (4.30 pm), dance in the Bachata modality (5.30 pm) and in the last session, Physical Conditioning (6.30 pm) where various exercises will be performed to improve physical performance helping to maintain a healthy body and being fit without the need to leave home.

On Saturdays there will be creative and educational activities.

First, there will be a direct connection to the Guitar monitor (10 hours) that will provide the necessary guidelines to get the most out of this instrument, secondly Capoeira (11 hours) where the participants will put this art into practice. Afro-Brazilian martial that combines facets of dance, music and acrobatics, as well as body expression.

The activity with which the Saturday program will end will be that of Sign Language (12 hours)

And finally on Sundays, the Chess workshops will be held (10 hours) in which basic concepts will be explained, from the movement and value of the pieces to the most common tactics that every amateur player must know to fully enjoy this sport, and at 11.00 am Physical Conditioning, which will continue with the exercise routine on Friday.
