The City Council allocates more than 26,000 euros in direct aid to people with social needs (03/04/2020)

The Governing Board has given the green light to the direct granting of municipal financial aid to address social needs.

This approved direct aid item will allow the care of 28 other vulnerable families in the municipality.

In total they offer 26,129 euros in subsidies that will cover mainly basic food expenses but also housing rental, eyeglass repair and orthopedics, depending on each case.

These non-periodic grants are intended for individuals or families who lack their own financial resources to attend to their basic needs, in order to prevent, alleviate or resolve situations of risk or social exclusion.
