The Tourist Quality service of the Department of Economic Promotion, Employment and Tourism has organized different actions to maintain the implementation of the SICTED project (Integral System of Tourist Quality in Destinations), with the aim of helping companies and services in Murcia that share this project to fulfill the commitments, according to the cycle they are in, and maintain the quality distinction.
To this end, Quality Tourism is providing companies and services distinguished with the 'Tourism Quality Commitment' brand personalized information and guidance for conducting online training, through the SICTED training platform, so that they can improve skills and knowledge with tutoring and help from the quality department.
Demand
In this way, the Tourist Quality service has confirmed how the demand for online training has tripled among the 100 companies and services that have been exceeding, on an annual basis, external evaluations and renewing the distinctive quality tourism seal.

Regarding the profile of the participants, travel agencies, shops, tourist guides, museums and visitor centers, tourist office, professional congress organizers, taxi drivers, among others stand out.
