The service for the organization of language stays in the British Isles is put out to tender (27/03/2020)

The Governing Board has given the go-ahead to the specifications to develop the Service for the organization of language stays in the British Isles, aimed at young people in the municipality.

This will allow 125 places to be offered for young people between the ages of 15 and 25 who will be able to learn another language in the British Isles.

Thus, the Murcia City Council contributes to expanding the training of young people in the municipality in foreign languages, given the demands of the current job market.

These rooms are the ideal complement to achieve greater fluency in the language being studied, while having great educational value by putting young people in contact with other cultures.

These stays will include a course with a minimum of 45 teaching hours, of which an academic certificate of participation, accommodation and full board will be delivered in British families, with the aim of promoting greater language immersion and a program of extra-academic activities, such as excursions, visits to museums and places of interest, etc.

The maximum price has been established at 226,875 euros.
