The Government Board has definitively approved the Urbanization Project of the Single Acting Unit of the Partial Plan ZB-ÑR2 of La Ñora.
This will allow the creation of more than 75,000 square meters of public allocations.
Of these, 18,200 square meters will be of green areas, and 40,082 of roads.
In addition, 882 parking spaces will be created, of which 20 will be for people with reduced mobility.
The total area of ​​the area is 191,700 square meters and the buildable index is set at 0.44 square meters per square meter.
The Compensation Board must present a guarantee or bond of 780,964'40 euros, in its capacity as developer of said Unit of Action, prior to the start of urbanization works
