A night football championship, a chocolate recipe workshop and a climbing session are some of the proposals of the Networks program for this weekend (19/02/2020)

The Municipal Youth Service, through the program 'Networks for leisure time', offers a wide variety of free activities for young people next weekend.

On Friday the 21st, the Night Bar Football Championship begins at the José Barnés Sports Center, in which the teams will compete in different rounds on Friday nights.

The teams will be integrated with a maximum of 12 players.

In the 585m2 Youth Space on Friday begins the new Chocolate Recipe Workshop, a participatory workshop in which with the help of the monitor the participants will make their own chocolate creations.

The film script workshop will also be held in this space on Saturday 22, in this workshop they will learn the techniques necessary for the introduction to the writing of a short script, and the Capoeira Workshop, also Saturday afternoon , where participants will practice this Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines facets of dance, music and acrobatics, as well as body expression.

On Saturday, February 22, in the morning shift, the Clothing Customization workshop in the Young Space El Palmar will begin in which participants can make the most of those clothes they no longer wear and give them a new life with the practice of techniques such as 'Tote Bag', 'upcycling', vegetable stamping and 'crafting'.

For the realization of this workshop it is not necessary to have sewing knowledge.

On Saturday 22, the Climbing Initiation activity will take place in El Valle.

The activity will consist of the ascension of different routes with different heights and degrees of difficulty.

It is not necessary to have knowledge prior to climbing because there will be taught the basic notions of initiation.

On Sunday February 23 will be the first session of Scape Room 'The Curse of Romea' in which young people should use logic, observation and teamwork.

It is a fun way to exercise intelligence and test ingenuity.

The participants will form a team and as such they must collaborate to solve the different tests and leave the room before the time limit.

This weekend continue the salsa and bachata workshops, manga comic, electric guitar, skating, natural cosmetics, self defense, chess ... a wide variety of free activities with the aim of energizing the weekends of young people.
