The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, has visited this morning the offices of Citizen Services of Sangonera la Seca and Sangonera la Verde, locations where a population of 16,921 people is served, which managed a total of 5,121 procedures Last year between the two.
Based on the 2018 data, the sum of the managements of both offices was 5,079 procedures (2,345 in Sangonera la Seca and 2,734 Sangonera la Verde), which means that in 2019 42 more procedures were carried out.
Regarding matters, the most demanded issues in these districts have to do with enumeration flyers, instances to the City of Murcia, other administrations, reports of coexistence, presidential information and telephone information.
Specifically, the Citizen Attention Office of Sangonera la Seca carried out a total of 2,151 procedures last year, which represents 1.81% of activity with respect to the rest of the districts.
This center serves a population of 5,539 inhabitants and, for months, March was the largest volume of negotiations with 271.
This office shares a building with the cultural center located on Pablo Iglesias Street, 12, and serves the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 am to 2 pm, and Monday, from 9 am to 11.30 am
For its part, the Sangonera la Verde office, which serves a population of 11,382 inhabitants, reached 2,970 procedures during 2019, representing 2.50% of the activity in relation to the rest of the offices.
Based on the data for the rest of the year, October was the month in which more efforts were made, a total of 525.
The headquarters of Sangonera la Verde is located at 69 Rosalinda Street, and serves the public from Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 9 am to 2 pm, and on Tuesdays, from 12 am to 2 pm.
Mercedes Bernabé explains that “from the Citizen Attention offices all the neighbors of the municipality are served, in a universal way, since this service tries to respond to all requests in a comprehensive and coordinated mannerâ€.
The municipality has 59 offices in districts and nine in districts of Murcia, in addition to the three plants, whose headquarters are located in the Glorieta de España, Plaza Europa and Abenarabi, where users can present, request and receive information from the services of the City Council and other administrations, such as the Treasury and the Autonomous Community.
The total number of steps taken in all districts amounts to 118,623, in the period from January to December 2019.
