The president of the Municipal Board of El Palmar, Verónica Sánchez, thanks the technicians of the Technical Office belonging to the Department of Development for the work done in recent years and, especially, the current area councilor, Mario Gómez, for intensifying efforts and accelerate the operation of public lighting in the surroundings of the urbanization of El Palmar, next to Bodegas Bernal.
An action that, as explained by the president of the Municipal Board is a relief for the residents of the district.
"The lighting of the lampposts is already a reality for the people of Palma, who, from now on, will be able to move around the area, located in the heart of the village, with certain security."
Both the opening in its day of this road, which connects the main street and the avenue of Las Palmeras, as the start-up of the street lighting, have been claims of Citizens since 2016.
