"As the Socialists must know, on two occasions the companies awarded the works have renounced them once they have started, which has forced them to initiate complex files for the resolution and liquidation of the contracts."
“Specifically, this work was awarded in October 2010 to Pamai SLU, which declared itself in a voluntary contest before the Commercial Court.
After an arduous administrative and legal process, in June 2017 the works were awarded again to Construcciones Torreguil 4 SL, having presented the company on May 16, 2018, the cessation in the execution of the contract, ”said the mayor.
The councilor has indicated, “We have already prepared a new project for the completion of the enclosure whose report will be sent shortly to Recruitment once the remnants of the project that are the responsibility of the Employment Service are incorporated. This new file is jointly promoted by the Service of Youth and Employment ”.
"What is necessary is that the hiring of this work can be taken out as soon as possible, do not have any more incidents in its execution and we have the center available to our young people as soon as it is the only thing that worries us," Pérez concluded.
