The City Council has a total of ten Citizen Service offices in the Field of Murcia that provide attention to a total population of 11,629 inhabitants.
These offices, located in the districts of Avileses, Baños and Mendigo, Cañadas de San Pedro, Corvera, Gea and Truyols, Lobosillo, Los Martínez del Puerto, Sucina, Valladolises and La Murta, made a total of 9,401 efforts during the past year, 651 more than in 2018.
The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, has visited this morning the Office of Lobosillo, a village that is 35 kilometers from the capital, which makes it the farthest from Murcia, and which serves 1,889 people .
From its headquarters, on Miguel Ángel Blanco Avenue, it operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 am to 12 noon.
Based on the data, during 2019 a total of 1,497 procedures were managed in this town, which represents 16.55% of activity with respect to the rest of the districts of the Campo de Murcia.
According to the months, January was the one with the highest volume of requests with 189, followed by October with 185 and May with 160.
“From these offices, documents are processed and registered in a comprehensive and coordinated manner, in order to offer the same services in any of our municipal offices,†Bernabé points out.
The steps taken in the 10 offices of the Campo de Murcia are the following: Sucina has registered a total of 1,972;
Corvera follows with 1.847;
Lobosillo with 1,497;
Avileses with 1147;
Gea and Truyols with 975;
Los Martínez del Puerto with 807;
Valladolises with 640;
Baños and Beggar with 375;
Cañadas de San Pedro with 89;
and the Murta with 52.
In short, Sucina, Corvera and Lobosillo represent 57.16% of the efforts made in the Murcia Field.
Among the procedures are high, low and changes of address of the population register, submission of applications for the City of Murcia and other administrations, aid applications, grants, penalties, zero garbage fee, IBI bonus for large families, rental of housing, etc.
The municipality has 59 offices in districts and nine in districts of Murcia, in addition to the three plants, whose headquarters are located in the Glorieta de España, Plaza Europa and Abenarabi, where users can present, request and receive information from the services of the City Council and other administrations, such as the Treasury and the Autonomous Community.
