The districts of the municipality already have everything ready to enjoy Carnival 2020. The Councilor for Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesus Pacheco, explained that "the celebration of Carnival is already part of the identity of these districts since hundreds of neighbors leave during these days to the street to enjoy the color, the magic and the illusion of these dates ".

For this reason, Pacheco has wanted to invite the Murcia "to visit during these days Cabezo de Torres Beniaján, Puente Tocinos, Llano de Brujas or any other of our districts that during these days celebrate these holidays and know the sympathy and originality of their carnivals ".

Beniajan

Thus, the carnivals of Beniaján will be represented by Ángela García Jiménez, elected muse muse, of the Comparsa La Revolución, comparsa that this year to turn 10 are the preachers of these parties;

Among the activities stands out the exhibition 'Evolution of Carnival costumes and materials' that can be visited at the Cultural Center from February 24 to 28, as well as the first batucada contests in the Region that will take place on February 15 at 10 hours.

In Puente Tocinos there are two novelties that add to the most important parade, consisting of 20 troupes, which takes place on February 22 at 4:30 p.m.

On the one hand, a children's parade will take place, on Friday 21, at 4:30 p.m., and the first edition of the Choreography Contest, open to all carnival shows.

The dinner of the proclamation and imposition of bands to the characters of the Carnival is celebrated next Saturday.
