The trade union section of Somos Sindicalistas in the City Council of Murcia with the representation of two Delegates on the Personnel Board believes that the interview published in a regional communication media regarding the management and current situation of the Local Police of Murcia, overflows self complacency of his current boss and does not reflect the serious situation of the workforce or citizen security, rather it seems an exercise in self-pomp.
The paternalism of the one who shines shines by his absence when it comes to the consideration due to any subordinate, and of course he is known by the staff not precisely for taking into account that apart from policemen they are people.
We consider that its selective process was a "tailored uniform", as we already denounced, culminated in the presence of some of the unions (which approved their bases) in their inauguration.
We remember that there was only one "opponent".
The "professional" management of such an important service for the integrity of the neighbors cannot happen to hide the lack of staff with the invention of the Police of the cartel (visible Police) and the Police of the colored bracelets and imaginative names to give feeling of diversity of police services that overlap, since the police are the same.

Against the demonstrations that it realizes, we have denounced, among others, the noneuneo and exclusion in spite of its professionalism of the Technician of General Administration (Bachelor in Law) of the Local Police, that comes undergoing pressures of macho dye.
Serve this as a brushstroke of the serious situation of harassment suffered by members of the local police service.
We have filed a complaint with the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate of Murcia, of serious events that have caused damage to police (even by decree) for not taking into account the recommendations on Health and Safety that come from the Prevention Service Occupational Risks, Occupational Health and Mutual Service.
We have requested that the corresponding responsibilities be refuted in the face of these serious facts, recalling that in our legal system there is "Crime against Workers' Health and Safety".
We must state that, contrary to what could be deduced from the published interview, we do not attend his inauguration because he disagrees with his leadership style (one of the deficiencies detected as psychosocial risk in our workforce).
