About 9,000 people will aspire to occupy a place of the 41 corresponding to the free shift of the 2016 Public Employment Offer of the City of Murcia.
The Citizen Attention Offices have registered a total of 8,809 instances from November 30 to December 19, registration period for opponents since the announcement was made public in the Official State Gazette.
Of the total registrations, 4,394 instances have been carried out in the offices in person, of which: 1,587 belong to districts and districts;
940 correspond to the central Plaza de Europa;
827 have been registered in Abenarabi's office;
816 at the Glorieta headquarters in Spain;
and 224 come from regular and certified mail.
Following the figures, a total of 1,844 instances have been made from the electronic headquarters and 2,571 through the Virtual Registry Office (ORVE), which allows paperless registration in all public administrations of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
The Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, led by Mercedes Bernabé, launched a special device during the registration period in order to offer better attention to citizens interested in submitting their application to the Public Employment Offer.
Thus, the head offices worked continuously and the entire Citizen Service service restructured its functions, as well as its staff to facilitate citizens all the procedures.
The device was also extended to telephone and telematic service 010 during the last five days.
"The objective is that the opponents were treated at any of the venues, facilitate all the appropriate procedures and expedite the process in order to guarantee a better service to the citizens," said Councilor Mercedes Bernabé.
A total of 41 places of free shift includes the 2016 Public Employment Offer of the City of Murcia.
These are: technical architect (3), legal advisor (1), library assistant (4), sanitary technical assistant (2), school janitor (1), draftsman (2), diploma in Social Work (3), educator of EEII (2), Social Educator (4), Technical Engineer in Public Works (1), Industrial Technical Engineer (1), Medical (1), Ordinance (12), General Administration Technician (1) and Education Technician and Culture (3).
Within these places there are three for people with disabilities, in the ordinance calls and library assistant.
OPE 2015
The City Council is celebrating the selective processes corresponding to the 2015 Public Employment Offer. A total of 41,590 people signed up for this historic call of the Murcian council.
On this occasion, 25,604 registrations were made in person;
6,026 were processed through the electronic headquarters and 9,960 through the ORVE registry.
