The mayor of Fomento, Mario Gómez, has visited today the facilities to supervise the completion of the works, configured with high safety parameters and high quality finishes.

The new children's school in La Paz is now ready to open its doors and serve children in the best conditions.

Built on one floor it has a total of 9 classrooms, of which 6 will be used for the stage of 2 to 3 years, another two for children under 1 to 2 years, and a unit, exchange area and independent cots , for babies from 0 to 1 year.

The classrooms are located with south and east orientations, around the main area of ​​the playground, and both its facade and its main access, are located towards the public garden that is in the area, so that this green space is integrated on the itinerary to enter and leave the nursery school.

It is a modern, comfortable facilities, equipped with all the resources and made with top quality materials that today has been visited by the first deputy mayor and councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, who has reported that "the patio drainage system it was tested with the most adverse conditions the municipality has ever suffered and at no time did it collapse. Likewise, the person in charge of Development has stressed that it is the largest and most efficient children's school in Murcia, built on a public lot that has an area of ​​more than 2,600 m2, which also has a highly efficient heating and lighting system .

The lighting has been carried out using luminaires with a regulating system, so that the lighting is adapted to the needs of the interior of the classrooms.

For its part, the heating system has been carried out by underfloor heating and the air conditioning by means of a variable cooling volume system.

And all this, said the mayor Mario Gomez, has been configured with high security parameters and high quality terminations.

Specifically, the linings of the corridors, administration and offices are made with highly-rectified porcelain ceramic plate.

In the area of ​​the toilets, children's classrooms, cribs and dining area has been used heterogeneous PVC flooring of the highest quality.

In addition, the partition has been solved with double plate partition walls and thermo-acoustic insulation of rock wool.

For the carpentry of doors and cabinets, in wood, special elements have been used for children's use, with hidden hinges and an anti-entrapment system (for the fingers).
