The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, presented this morning the III Popular Race of Zarandona that will take place next Sunday, January 12, starting at 10.30 a.m.

The Association of Merchants of Zarandona (ACOZAR), in collaboration with the Municipal Board, organizes this sporting event through the urban center with a distance of 7.2 K for the absolute race and 2.4K for the popular walk.

Children can also participate with shorter routes, between 1,000 and 200 meters.

Trophies will also be awarded to the top three classified in each category, both male and female, as well as local athletes.

“I want to encourage all the neighbors to participate in this test that, in addition to promoting physical activity and sports, helps to spend a day of leisure among friends and family,” said Felipe Coello.
