The Housing service directed by the mayor Paqui Pérez has invested a total of 455,787 euros for the granting of subsidies under competitive competition for the rental of homes for families with limited economic resources and in a situation of special vulnerability, in order to guarantee the permanence in the environment in which they reside.
The persons to whom these subsidies have been granted, destined to partially finance the payment of the rent, have fulfilled the requirements established in the Municipal Ordinance of Economic Benefits in the matter of housing, among which are:
The aid will be granted in a competitive competition regime, prioritizing the lowest economic income.
The family must reside in the municipality of Murcia at least two years before the date of grant application.
Not having debts with public administrations.
You must prove a weighted annual income between 0.5 and 2.5 times the IPREM.
The house must be located in the municipality of Murcia
The maximum amount of the monthly rental of the house will be 500 euros.
In the case of an economic tie, the Municipal Ordinance considers as preference groups large families, disabled with a degree of more than 65% or dependency in grade III, victims of terrorism, single parents, with victims of gender violence or affected by foreclosure procedure, among others.
